Clove & Twine is a fast-growing startup that helps companies with all of their premium corporate gifting needs. Specializing in brand name products and selections of sustainable goods, we offer our household brand name clients a world-class service experience from sourcing products to creating beautiful gift boxes to send out to their recipients. In a world full of cheap promo products, we were born out of necessity and have turned the ‘cheap swag’ model upside down by offering products that companies really want to give, and recipients really want to receive. Not junk that ends in the recycle bin. We are driven by creating and nurturing relationships and the value of a thoughtful, beautiful gift.  

 

SEEKING

We are seeking a positive, motivated individual to manage all the products on our website and in our database. The focus of this position is to ensure that all of the products on our website have up to date pricing, descriptions, and photos and that information is reflected in our product database. The candidate will build relationships with existing suppliers and forge relationships with new suppliers. The successful candidate will have impeccable attention to detail, will be a wiz in excel, and be quick to learn new technologies. Previous e-commerce experience is a plus.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing product catalog on our website, keeping them up to date, and adding new products to our Shopify store

• Building relationships with suppliers and vendors

• Selecting and editing pictures for products

• Building new collections on our website

• Managing database of products and SKU’s (currently in excel, but will be transitioned to a cloud database platform)

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Proficient in Google Apps for Business

• Desire to become a valuable team member in a rapidly growing startup

 

 DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Knowledge of Shopify

• Experience with Photoshop or other photo editing software

• Must be able to handle a busy workload

• Tech savvy with the ability to manipulate data

• Good with numbers and math to calculate margins, discounts, etc

• A positive, go-getter with a high attention to detail and high level of organization

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Accountability for getting things done right

• Ability to juggle high standards and competing priorities

SALARY

Estimated salary range of 45K-55K. The salary for this position is commensurate with skills and experience
