HOW IS SHIPPING CHARGED?
Shipping is billed separately after the order has been completed and shipped. At that time Clove & Twine will provide you with a final shipping invoice. Clove & Twine does a direct pass-through of shipping charges -- hence the need to obtain the exact shipping amount.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
When you approve your order, we’ll give you a “no later than” date when you can expect to receive it. Decorated or not, the shipping times can vary. Some product orders will take a week, others could take 10-15 business days. Your Account Manager will thoroughly communicate timing once your order is confirmed. We know how excited you are to get your stuff.
CAN I GET EXPEDITED OR RUSH PROCESSING?
Rush orders can be requested, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Your Account Manager will give you an estimate based on type of product, decoration availability, and shipping time.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll receive an email with tracking number once your order has shipped, which can be used to track your order through the respective carrier. You can also email your Account Manager for the lowdown on order status.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE US?
Currently we can ship to a limited amount of countries outside the US. The list of countries are available in the drop-down menu upon checkout.
