There are a number of steps that are included in the process of ordering, approving, branding, and shipping your remarkable corporate gifts. We work with you throughout the process to ensure smooth fulfillment throughout, however it’s always good to keep in mind the turnaround time from start to finish.
Transparency with our process will help you to better plan out a timeline with Clove & Twine, from quantity of order to budget limitations, and from choosing the products themselves to the day they arrive to each recipient. This will support our account team in making the best suggestions that meet all of your needs for custom kit orders, employee welcome gifts, client appreciation gifts, branded trade show gifts, corporate holiday gifts, and much more.
Please note that these timelines can vary depending on quantity, kit components, type of branding (such as engraving, debossing, embroidery, etc.), and the actual products themselves.
STEP ONE: BROWSE OUR REMARKABLE GIFT SELECTION

STEP TWO: CONNECT WITH US
When you have an idea of your order (even if you still have questions), drop us a line to get connected with an account manager by giving us a call or by shooting us an email. We’re pretty darn friendly.
STEP THREE: COLLABORATION
Our experts will guide you through the gifting process. We will help you find the perfect corporate gifts based on demographic, event, occasion, and price.
STEP FOUR: DESIGN CONFIRMATION
We begin work on design / logo placement per your specifications (sending a vector-based logo file in an AI or EPS format helps to expedite this), then send mockups over to you for confirmation. This ensures that you’re getting gifts banded exactly the way you want them.
STEP FIVE: PLACE YOUR ORDER
You will receive an invoice for your order, and upon payment we will place orders of the products you choose (through multiple companies if choosing different products to combine in custom kits).
STEP SIX: DECORATION & CUSTOMIZATION
After the proofs have been approved we will begin decorating your products. Depending on the process chosen for decorating your corporate gifts, this step can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
STEP SEVEN: SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
After the products have been decorated, they’ll either be shipped to your office or event location directly, or for custom kit orders, be carefully assembled, packaged, and drop-shipped to your recipients. Custom kitting can take between 2-5 days (depending on order size), and shipping takes between 1-5 days (depending on location).
