Shipping & Returns

Shipping is billed separately after the order has been completed and shipped. At that time Clove & Twine will provide you with a final shipping invoice. Clove & Twine does a direct pass-through of shipping charges -- hence the need to obtain the exact shipping amount.

When you approve your order, we’ll give you a “no later than” date when you can expect to receive it. Decorated or not, the shipping times can vary. Some product orders will take a week, others could take 10-15 business days. Your Account Manager will thoroughly communicate timing once your order is confirmed. We know how excited you are to get your stuff.

Rush orders can be requested, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Your Account Manager will give you an estimate based on type of product, decoration availability, and shipping time.

You’ll receive an email with tracking number once your order has shipped, which can be used to track your order through the respective carrier. You can also email your Account Manager for the lowdown on order status.

Currently we can ship to a limited amount of countries outside the US. The list of countries are available in the drop-down menu upon checkout.

Once you've approved the logo decoration proof (or pre-production sample), and your products have been logo decorated, there are no returns or refunds. Please note that if you paid for the order via a credit card, and a refund is issued, your refund will be "net" of the credit card processing fees that we pay our credit card processor (~2% - 3% based on CC type).
