Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Clove & Twine REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS Clove & Twine, LLC (“Clove & Twine” or “We”) offers you (“Participant”) the opportunity to take part in our referral program (the “Program”) and earn awards by referring prospective customers (“Prospective Customer”) to Clove & Twine. These Terms and Conditions (these “T&Cs”) apply to participants in the Program and may be amended by Clove & Twine from time to time. By participating in the Program, you agree to these T&Cs in their entirety and confirm that participation in the Program complies with all laws, regulations, policies, or contractual obligations. If you do not agree to any and all terms herein or are otherwise precluded from participating in the Program, do not take part in the Program.

1. Eligibility. In order to participate in the Program and qualify for an award, You must provide a currently in-use company/work email for yourself and a Prospective Customer’s currently in-use company/work email address. Clove & Twine will only accept referrals through its designated Referral page (the “Page”) for Prospective Customers who have not previously made purchases with Clove & Twine and are not existing customers or are currently in discussions with Clove &Twine. Clove & Twine reserves the right not to provide services to any Prospective Customer. In cases where a Prospective Customer is referred by multiple participants, the first submission of the referral for the Prospective Customer shall be eligible for a reward under the Program. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Clove & Twine reserves the right to disqualify any referral if we find, at our discretion, that the referral is detrimental to Clove & Twine. 

2. Program Rewards. Upon the Prospective Customer placing their first order with Clove & Twine in the amount of $3,000.00 or greater exclusive of shipping fees and taxes (the “Order”), You and the Prospective Customer will receive gift cards in the amount of $350.00 within thirty (30) days of receipt of payment from any Order. Clove & Twine will deliver the rewards or provide instructions on how to claim your reward to the email addresses submitted via the Page.
